Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects
Sustainability has become a strategic capability — one that shapes competitiveness, stakeholder trust and long‑term value creation. Effective organisations treat ESG not as a reporting requirement, but as a lens for understanding risks, opportunities and the expectations that influence their licence to operate. Our approach helps leaders turn this complexity into clarity through structured ESG strategy development and a practical methodology for setting priorities that align with the organisation’s direction.
We also support the systems that make sustainability credible in practice. From building the data foundations behind transparent reporting to designing sustainability disclosures that strengthen trust, we help organisations connect strategy with measurable impact. The result is a sustainability approach that is focused, actionable and integrated into how the organisation works.

Frameworks for ESG strategy making
The ESG Strategy may include an analysis of the current strategic situation and the definition of future goals.
External analysis may focus on the regulatory environment, market expectations, ESG benchmarking, and relevant standards. Internal analysis may focus on resources, activities, processes, inputs, outputs, differentiators, and the identification of material areas. The ESG Strategy can form the basis for future ESG Reports.
We help our clients navigate the various ESG frameworks as early as the ESG Strategy development phase. We combine our unique and comprehensive data collection and analysis methodology, based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and international standards (e.g., GRI, ESRS, VSME), with our deep expertise in strategic management to ensure a strong alignment between business strategy and sustainability efforts.

Reporting opportunities and benefits
The Sustainability Report can be prepared in a separate or integrated form, in accordance with international standards and domestic requirements. Relevant criteria may include, for example, alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, performance measurement in accordance with GRI standards, or compliance with the European voluntary reporting standard for SMEs, VSME. Compared to the ESG Strategy, a report generally provides more detailed data on current performance.
A key area of the Sustainability Report is the calculation of GHG emissions, which we perform in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard required by international and domestic frameworks.
